Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• The account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.
• The relevant wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• jeb77 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending verification in the case of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

Section 5 5 Bonuses and Promotions

jeb77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to users. The following general terms apply to all such offers:

Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors may receive a welcome bonus of up to 120%, with a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not the total balance. For example, after placing ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets, winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn.

VIP Cashback

jeb77's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: Bronze 0.2%, Silver 0.4%, Gold 0.6%, Platinum 0.8%, and Diamond up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

General Bonus Rules

• jeb77 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If multiple accounts from the same household or the same device claim a bonus, both accounts may be suspended.
• Strategically selecting specific games with the intent of exploiting a bonus is prohibited.
• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

Section 6 6 Gaming Policy

All games on the jeb77 platform are conducted impartially and fairly. Games from reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi ensure fair play.

• Game outcomes are automated and controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, settlement will be based on the last valid game round.

Section 8 8 Account Suspension

jeb77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the case of suspected suspicious financial activity or fraud.
